In 2010, a cultural and educational project was launched, immediately embraced by Radio România, the Romanian Union of Performing Musicians and the Brâncovenești Palaces Cultural Centre. Over the years, the winners of the competition’s major prizes have gone on to confirm their talent, with the competition proving to be an effective platform for identifying outstanding artists and a genuine springboard for their careers. Stage II (Semifinal) – The 22 best musicians selected in the first stage will be invited to perform live on Radio România Cultural as part of four semifinal broadcasts of the programme Drumul spre celebritate, transmitted live from the „Alfred Alessandrescu” Studio between September and November 2026.
